“Clash of Powers”

Affirmation of “power strategies” markes the beginning of the century. “Globalization” presents more potential threats than concrete promises. To maintain leadership, remain competitive and become major international actors, Nations develop power strategies.

The conference will highlight contemporary geostrategic antagonism.

The fourth conference of the EGE aims to define approches of the new paradigm of international relations — increase of power by Nations — and to express the new governance issues.
